The Bavarian Chamber of Civil Engineers has confirmed the successful participation and passing of the examination to become a qualified tender consultant. Over several weeks, the various legal and practical aspects of public procurement law and tender procedures according to VgV, GWB, UVgO and EU law were taught in 6 half-day modules.
