The University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich awards Mr. Helmut Ferrari a lectureship on flood risk management. On the basis of the EU Flood Risk Management Directive, practical measures for flood management and flood risk reduction are explained in addition to the basic principles, methods for risk assessment, hazard analysis, determination of damage potentials.
